I joined the Mt. Hood Kiwanis Camp staff as the Development Director in October 2018. My role with MHKC is to raise funds through various means including events, grants, and personal donations. Prior to my time at MHKC, I worked as the Senior Development Manager at Meals on Wheels People and at Home Builders Foundation. I have spent my career in nonprofit fundraising, specializing in event-based fundraising and individual philanthropy. I truly enjoy giving individuals, corporations, and foundations a conduit to give back to the community in the most meaningful way possible to them. Born and raised in Oregon, I graduated from Portland State University with a bachelors’ degree in business, with a specific focus on marketing and nonprofit management. I also received a professional certificate in nonprofit fundraising from Portland State University through its program in partnership with WVDO (Willamette Valley Development Officers).

Outside of MHKC, I currently serve on the Board of Directors for the Good Neighbor Center shelter, on the Chehalem Valley Chamber of Commerce events committee, and with Young Professionals of Yamhill Valley. In my free time, I enjoy travelling with my husband, hanging out with my two dogs (Toby and Lila), paddle boarding, weightlifting, and meal prepping.
