Does my camper need a physician's exam?
Yes.
If your camper attended Camp in the summer of 2024 your physician’s exam can be used again for Fall Retreat.
If your camper did not attend Camp in the summer of 2024, you will need to complete a physician’s exam form and medication list both signed by the doctor.
If any medications or health status has changed, we will need an updated physician’s exam or medication list from the doctor.
What does lodging look like?
Campers will stay inside Cy Lodge in dorm-style sleeping quarters with two bunk beds (4 beds) per room with common areas and communal bathrooms.
Fanning Hall (dining hall) will be the “home base” for all indoor activities and meals. Meal accommodations include gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian options. With all other dietary restrictions (including Celiac Disease), we will ask that you bring supplemental food. *We are not a certified Gluten Free facility.
