Summer Camp Activity Fee Waiver for Brokerage/Agency Clients

For 2026, MHKC will make 20 Summer Camp Activity Fee Waivers available. They will be for $250 each. These will be offered on individual application basis

APPLICATIONS OPEN at 8:00 AM on March 10th, 2026 and CLOSE at 11:59 PM on March 18th, 2026.

• Campers who are successfully enrolled in the 2026 season of Summer Camp and utilize Public Assistance to pay for Camp are eligible.
• This waiver will cover $250 of the $475.75 Summer Camp Activity Fee. The remaining $225.75 will still need to be paid by the family/caregiver.
• Once completed, the form must be submitted to the Portland Office via:

  • hand delivered (10725 SW Barbur Blvd Ste 50, Portland, OR 97219)
    *Please do not USPS mail in Waivers as our mail is sometimes delayed in arrival.
• Forms will be date and time stamped upon receipt, once the application window has closed all applications will be reviewed and families/caregivers with the highest need will be selected.
• Individuals who are granted the waiver will be notified beginning March 19, 2026.
• Once the 20 waivers are distributed no further waivers or reductions will be available through MHKC.
