Dr. Ann Fullerton is a Professor Emeritus of Special Education in the School of Education at Portland State University. For the last thirty years, Ann has been an integral part of establishing the MHKC Capstone and maintaining it as an option for PSU students of all majors. We want to honor and thank her for her tireless and unwavering dedication to the mission of empowering children and adults with developmental disabilities.
