Empowering children and adults with disabilities

Eve Reuter

Bookkeeping & Rentals Assistant

Like a ninja, most of my duties support the others behind the scenes. My primary duties include assisting the Finance and Development departments but I also assist other areas of the organization when needed.

I grew up in Wyoming and moved to Oregon when I was nine.  I have four younger brothers and one kid sister.  Currently I have four cats named Donut, Grif, Church, and Tucker.  I earned my Associate’s Degree in Accounting in 2013, and am a member of Phi Theta Kappa.  In college, I worked as an announcer for a classical music radio station, after which I did a lot of clerical and data entry work for a variety of organizations.

In my free time, I love singing and playing the piano, sketching, reading, and often dabble in creative writing for humorous adventure stories.

Favorite camp activity: Feeding chipmunks and squirrels, and horseback riding.

Favorite camp song: Happy Happy Joy Joy.

Favorite camp food: Everything breakfast.

My favorite thing about camp: The fresh air, the beautiful scenery, and how happy everyone looks just to be there.  It’s really touching.

Team Woodsy or Team Smokey?  Given how birds are descended from dinosaurs, I think the choice is obvious.
